Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Reasonable Ron's Used Tires at (865) 525-8204; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 688 reviews, which is a strong result for an used tire shop in Knoxville and suggests consistent service.

Knoxville is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Knoxville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Sold and put a bad tire on me car the tire has a broke belt and also it has a plug in it. This should never have been put on a vehicle safety is not a concern to them. They clearly saw my daughter in the back seat. I had two swap the tire out when I got home, because the car was shaking so bad I went back there today after I had called twenty times yesterday, the hold of someone about the issue, they told me to return in the morning, and they would get it fixed when I returned. I was told that they did not have any other tires in that size so they gave me my money back. Now i'm stuck with a bad tire on my car. When I wish that they would have just told me that they only had one tire Instead of putting a bad tire on my vehicle. I would be careful if you go by there. Make sure that you check the tire and the quality of the work one more thing, when I got there, my lugs on my tires was not tightened all the way and was about to fall off. Overall a very horrible experience and would never recommend to anyone unless you have no other option.

DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT come here everyone i know has issues with this place if they’ve gone before and today i chanced it and came by since it was close and they didn’t put my tire on correctly causing the stud to break and lost one of my lug nuts i’ve been standing outside the shop for 20 minutes and they finnaly come out tell me its some metal plate and it’s fixed and when i pulled off it sounded worse than before ive now been sitting outside for 30 minutes waiting on someone to come outside and help and no one has they are extremely unprofessional and do not give a good service they’re more likely to screw your car up to where it needs a real mechanic than they are to fix your issue.

Better late than never. Back in 2024, 20 minutes into an 8 hour drive back to southeast Michigan, my husband hit a curb and destroyed a tire. With our 3 young boys in the car. A quick google search found Reasonable Ron’s .3 miles from where we hit. We hobbled over there, greeted as soon as we pulled in by 4 staff like a pit crew. We were in and out with a new tire within 15 minutes for a very low price. Sorry never wrote a review before, we are leaving Tennessee again right now back home to MI and just reminiscing prior trips (4th year in a row here) and thought of that day and how it was about to be disaster and I was trying so hard not to entirely freak out waiting on road side service. Anyway, thanks Ron! I hope we never need your services again lol but should we ever pop a tire or something when starting a road trip we will think of you.

Had a tire with a broken belt that needed to be replaced. Got there in the morning during posted business hours and it was closed. One of the techs was waiting for Ron to open the shop and was very polite and apologetic about not being able to help. He said he had a tire the size I needed but didn't have a key to get in. Watched five other customers drive in and give up driving off. Five stars for the poor tech waiting to get to work.
